5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Romania and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

• Domestic (Romania): 1-5 business days
• International: 5-14 business days depending on destination

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Romanian consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. You must return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Important conditions for returns:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as opened cosmetics) cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products
